HOW TO CREATE CARROT AND LEMON JUICE

Pure carrot juice flavor is not so friendly to my taste buds. Having slight medical problems with my eyes, I was advised to take or consume more vitamin C which is so abundant from this orange miracle carrot. However, I find it hard eating it raw or, for me, the juice tastes unusual and hostile.

Thanks to my wife for her discovery of the good combination between carrot and lemon which tastes really good. I give high credits to the great smell of lemon that blends well with the other.

Here is the recipe of that carrot and lemon juice:

Ingredients you need:
  1. 4 medium carrots
  2. 1/2 part of lemon

Procedure:
  1.  Gently wash the carrots and carefully peel off the skin.
  2. Slice the carrot for it to fit in the juicer.
  3. Peel off the skin of the lemon and chop into pieces.
  4. Mix lemon with the carrots and turn on your juicer.
  5. Mix well and enjoy drinking!

NOTE: This is so healthy! Consider the heavy amount of Vitamin C and other nutrients in carrot.
